Q1 Figure Drawing Reflection 2023

A couple weeks ago we finished up our figure drawing unit for the quarter. This year I learned about how to shade figure drawings with subtractive drawing. I think that my proportion has definitely improved, so that's good. Although at the same time, I definitely think that I'm somewhat understating the movement that's happening. I want to improve in shading, although I think that's just a matter of practice. I also want to work on the searching line, because I don't know if it's...searching (?) enough? Like, I looked back at my drawings from last year and they certainly have more of a searching line going on than these ones do.
